Actors

Act 4 Business offers a unique approach to training, education and development. Whatever the topic, participants interact with actors who play a range of characters. You are given the opportunity to consider which character you resemble, and how to change the behaviour of the actor and hence yourself. You apply your ideas and re-direct the actors, who play out the scenes again taking all suggestions on board.
Then taking everything else you learn during the day you interact with the actors to try out what you have learnt. Hence, you are given the opportunity to challenge yourself immediately rather than waiting to apply your learnings a few days/weeks/years later.   At the end of the day, the learning is embedded, having an immediate impact on how you conduct yourself and your impact on others.
